Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery on Monday - Friday, between 8:00 am and 11:00 am.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
Our turnaround times for this service is 48 hours excluding weekends. Pickups and deliveries are only made on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Is there a minimum order?
The minimum is $35.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
- Occasional orders are priced at $2.00 per pound.
- Regularly scheduled (weekly/bi-weekly) orders are $1.95 per pound.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
Our wash and fold hours are the same as our store hours from 7AM to 10PM daily.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium detergent, softeners, and dryer sheets. Free & clear alternatives are available upon request.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum for wash and fold drop-off service.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Wash and fold orders can expect a 24-48 hour turnaround for next day orders. Speak to the attendant for more details.
Same-day orders must be dropped off by noon to be completed and ready for pickup by end of day. Same-day orders dropped off after noon will be completed in 24 hours, next day.
Laundromat
What are your hours?
Our self-service laundromat is open 7AM to 10PM daily.
Are you attended?
We have an attendant onsite from 7AM to 10PM daily.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are coin-operated.
Do you have large machines?
Yes. We have large 60 lb. and 80 lb. machines which are excellent for washing large items like comforters or doing laundry for an entire household.
